Name: The name of your BG Character
Alias: A nickname for your character, or another name, etc.
Gender: Male or Female?
Age: Their age.
Date of Birth: Day and Month. No year

Clan: Your character's family name.
Rank: The rank of your character. Genin, Chuunin, Jounin, etc. Also include letter rank, such as E, D, C, B, A, S.
Elemental Control: Pick any one of the 6 single elements and/or one of the 20 combination elements. Combination elements marked with Special require admin permission to use, except for Uchiha who can copy. E-D ranks (1 element), C - B ranks (2 elements), A ranks (2 elements + 1 Combination), S ranks (3 elements + 1 combination)

Appearance: A semi-detailed description of how your character looks.
