Summoning Contract: What is the contract for?
Summoning Method: How is the creature summoned? Do you just put blood on your fingers and use Summoning jutsu or is there another way?
Contract Holder: Who is currently holding the contract? It can only be one person. For example, with the toad contract it would be Jiraiya.
Contract Signers: List all of the people who have signed the contract. For example, with the toad contract, it would be Jiraiya, Yondaime (Minato), and Naruto.
